Our history dates back to the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, when a group of friends who came to study in Europe a decade earlier, decided to combine family traditions related to the production of food products in Hanoi with modern knowledge acquired at European universities. It was then that the first production plant was built, and over time it was transformed into a modern factory, and soy sauce and products based on it became our flagship products. Importantly, as one of the few producers of soy sauce, we maintain our entire production in Europe, using the advantages of the natural environment, modern technologies and qualified employees. Years later, the Sen Soy brand has consolidated its strong position in the countries of Eastern Europe, while implementing the brand’s development plan to other markets. Our plants and production processes are regularly subjected to specialist quality tests, which is reflected in the fulfillment of the most important international standards of food safety – BRC and HACCP. However, we owe our success and customer satisfaction not only to high quality, but also to knowledge about healthy eating and the authenticity of our recipes.
