Broth with Sen Soy Soy Sauce

Ingredients
400 g beef stripe on the bone
1/2 country chicken
40 g turkey meat
300 g chicken or turkey giblets
3 celery
3 carrots
2 parsley
1 leek
1 onion
fresh coriander for sprinkling
2 bay leaves
2 grains of allspice
3 grains of black pepper
1 / 2 teaspoons of salt
1 / 2 teaspoons of grated ground ginger
1 package of traditional Ludwin pasta - 4 eggs Pol-Mak
Cooking direction

Rinse the meat thoroughly, put it in a large pot and pour 3 liters of water.

Add the chopped vegetables and cook over very low heat for about 2-2.5 hours.

Pick up scum from time to time with a slotted spoon.

Season with Sen Soy soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with finely chopped carrots, parsley and pre-cooked pasta.
