Grilled duck fillets in Sen Soy Teriyaki sauce, served with baked potatoes with bacon

2 Duck fillets with skin
Young potatoes 1 kg
Raw bacon 200 g
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Chives

Wash the duck fillets and dry them thoroughly. Then pour Sen Soy Teriyaki sauce and leave for about 60 minutes. After this time, gently drain the fillets and place them with the skin towards the hot grate. Grill for about 5 minutes, then turn it over, leaving it for another 5 minutes. Bake for about 10 minutes, covered.

Thoroughly scrub the potatoes and boil them for about 10 minutes in salted water. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Cut the potatoes crosswise, put a piece of butter and bacon inside, and sprinkle gently with salt and pepper. We wrap each potato individually with aluminum foil and throw it on a hot grill. Bake until soft. Finally, sprinkle with chopped chives. They can also be served with sour cream or yoghurt and with Sen Soy Chili sauce as a dip.
